Connor Eilers grew up in South Florida — the kind of upbringing where school let out and the boat ramp called louder than home. From flats skiffs in Biscayne Bay to long runs to the Bahamas, the water has been his office since day one.

Today the Connor Eilers brand is more than charters. It's a full saltwater operation — running fishing, dive, iguana and sandbar trips; harvesting and shipping fresh local seafood; packing the Fish Fuel chum line that South Florida captains run on; and dropping apparel built for the people who actually live this lifestyle.
