1. Acceptance of Terms

TWIN VEE 22 LLC DBA Connor Eilers - Fishing Charters & Seafood Delivery (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, purchasing products, or providing your phone number, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We offer fishing charters, dive trips, iguana hunts, sandbar excursions, fresh seafood delivery, chum products, and related gear and apparel. All bookings are subject to availability, weather conditions, and captain discretion for safety.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled trip may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled trip may forfeit the deposit.
  • Weather-related cancellations initiated by us will be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
  • No-shows forfeit the full trip cost.

4. SMS Terms & Conditions

By using our services and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us as described in these terms.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 954-909-1048. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Product Orders & Shipping

All seafood and product orders are subject to availability. We strive to fulfill orders promptly, but delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and supply. Prices are subject to change without notice. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Liability Waiver

Fishing, diving, and boating activities involve inherent risks. By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. All passengers may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to departure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, and graphics, is the property of Connor Eilers or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Broward County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
